This is an incredibly exciting time in diabetes research as there are clinical studies investigating the safety and effectiveness of a new treatment that could potentially control your blood sugar. 

You may qualify if you:

• are  18 years of age or older
• have type 2 diabetes with HbA1C between 8-10
• have received metformin with or without sulphonylurea for at least 90 days  

Qualified participants will receive nutritional counselling, all study related care and study medicines at no cost.

Health insurance is not required and there is no cost to participate.
