IgA Nephropathy is a progressive autoimmune disease that results in chronic inflammation of the kidneys and leads to reduced kidney function over time. It is a progressive disease, with up to 50% of IgA nephropathy patients developing end-stage kidney disease within 20 years, requiring dialysis or kidney transplant for survival.

  • Are 18-65 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with IgAN following a kidney biopsy
  • Are currently being treated with an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) or ACE inhibitor
  • Are NOT currently being treated with corticosteroid tablets or immune-suppressing treatments
  • Have ongoing proteinuria (high levels of protein in urine)

Qualified participants will  receive:

  • Study medication and study-related medical care at no cost
  • Compensation for travel and other expenses
